New Velox 180M1 mobile concrete plant

If you decide to buy equipment at a low price, make sure that you communicate with the real seller. Find out as much information about the owner of the equipment as possible. One way of cheating is to represent yourself as a real company. In case of suspicion, inform us about this for additional control, through the feedback form.
Before you decide to make a purchase, carefully review several sales offers to understand the average cost of your chosen equipment. If the price of the offer you like is much lower than similar offers, think about it. A significant price difference may indicate hidden defects or an attempt by the seller to commit fraudulent acts.
Do not buy products which price is too different from the average price for similar equipment.
Do not give consent to dubious pledges and prepaid goods. In case of doubt, do not be afraid to clarify details, ask for additional photographs and documents for equipment, check the authenticity of documents, ask questions.
The most common type of fraud. Unfair sellers may request a certain amount of advance payment to “book” your right to purchase equipment. Thus, fraudsters can collect a large amount and disappear, no longer get in touch.
- Transfer of prepayment to the card
- Do not make an advance payment without paperwork confirming the process of transferring money, if during the communication the seller is in doubt.
- Transfer to the “Trustee” account
- Such a request should be alarming, most likely you are communicating with a fraudster.
- Transfer to a company account with a similar name
- Be careful, fraudsters may disguise themselves as well-known companies, making minor changes to the name. Do not transfer funds if the company name is in doubt.
- Substitution of own details in the invoice of a real company
- Before making a transfer, make sure that the specified details are correct, and whether they relate to the specified company.

The Only Mobile Plant That Performs Like a Stationary One

Why This Plant Is Different
Most mobile concrete plants trade capacity for mobility. Because they lack a storage bunker, they are forced to feed the mixer directly from the aggregate bins — which limits their real output and makes them fall behind stationary plants of the same rated capacity.
The VELOX 180M1 has a bunker feeding system, just like a stationary plant. This means:
• No capacity loss. It delivers the same 180 m³/h output you'd expect from a stationary plant — not the reduced real-world output typical of bunkerless mobile plants.
• Full mobility retained. You get stationary-plant performance without giving up the ability to relocate the plant between projects.
• Continuous, stable production, even under high-demand pouring schedules, because the bunker decouples aggregate loading from mixing.
In short: you're not choosing between mobility and capacity. This plant gives you both.
Precision You Can Trust: Sensor-Based Quality Control
The VELOX 180M1 doesn't just mix concrete — it monitors it in real time:
• Aggregate moisture sensors — automatically adjust water dosing for consistent mix design, batch after batch
• All aggregate compartments are equipped with a system to measure sand humidity using an RF ED460 MICROWAVE probe, suitable for sand and fine matter with a humidity range between 0 to 20% at a temperature between 0 to 60°C
Equipped with Ludwig Humidity Probes
• 4 m3 waiting Hopper is equipped with a LASER probe to measure the level of concrete inside the hopper, a sensor to measure the plasticity of the concrete and the temperature
• Concrete moisture sensors — verify the final mix is within spec before discharge
• Automatic high-pressure washing system (min 50 bar), equipped with pipes and nozzles, min 60l / min pumps, a 200 l tank, IP55 control panel, software for aut/man management, hand held lances. All devices are CE compliant.
This level of instrumentation is normally found only on premium stationary plants — here it comes standard, on a mobile unit.
