This CPD16 sit-down mini electric forklift has a rated load capacity of 1600kg, equipped with a 48V 230Ah large-capacity lead-acid battery, matched with a 5kW AC drive motor and a 6.5kW hydraulic pump motor. It delivers smooth and stable power output with zero exhaust emissions and low noise, making it ideal for indoor workshops, warehouses, supermarkets and other enclosed working environments, eco-friendly and pollution-free.
The whole machine features a compact body with a minimum turning radius of only 2100mm. It is fitted with front solid rubber tires 18×7-10 and rear tires 16×6-8, wear-resistant, puncture-proof and with strong grip, allowing flexible steering and stacking operations even in narrow rack aisles. It adopts a standard 3-meter two-stage mast with a free lifting height of 40mm. The mast tilts 6 degrees forward and 12 degrees backward for easy pallet loading and unloading, ensuring stable stacking without cargo slipping.
Equipped with an integrated overhead guard and hydraulic pedal brake system, it comes with a comfortable operator seat and simple control levers that are easy for new operators to master. The total machine weight is 2650kg with a solid chassis. It runs at 13km/h fully loaded and 14km/h empty, with a maximum climbing gradient of 15%, capable of smooth travel on factory ramps.
