The Vacomat 140/160 XPe mobile dust extractor is ideal for single machine extraction. Air volumes of up to 1593 m3/h can be conveyed with this extraction system using the vacuum method, e.g. for dedusting sliding table saws, jointers or thicknessers.
The dust/chip mixture is discharged into a dust-tight chip collection container (240 l) with an inserted plastic bag. A vacuum channel holds the plastic bag securely in the collection container. Viewing windows make it easier to check the fill level. The Vacomat 140/160 XPe mobile dust extractor automatically monitors its extraction performance via a pressure cell and guarantees maximum operational safety.
In the Vacomat 140/160 XPe, a vibrating motor cleans the filter bags electro-mechanically. No connection to compressed air and therefore no compressor is required. It can be controlled via the query of the woodworking machine using potential-free contacts.
The Vacomat 140/160 XPe mobile dust extractor is fitted with patented SchukoCone filter bags as standard. The SchukoCone filter bags are particularly suitable for fine dusts.
