Die gebrauchte KOSME KSB 6R, Baujahr 2017, ist eine vollautomatische PET-Streckblasmaschine mit einer Produktionsleistung von bis zu 12.000 Flaschen pro Stunde. Die Maschine verfügt über sechs Blasstationen und ist für die industrielle Herstellung von PET-Flaschen mit einem Volumen von bis zu 3,0 Litern ausgelegt.
Die Maschine arbeitet nach dem zweistufigen Streckblasverfahren, bei dem PET-Preforms zunächst erwärmt und anschließend in den Blasstationen zu fertigen Flaschen geformt werden. Sie wurde mit sechsfachen Blasformsätzen und dem Halsfinish PCO 1881 betrieben.
Die KOSME KSB 6R eignet sich für die Herstellung von PET-Flaschen für stilles und kohlensäurehaltiges Wasser, Erfrischungsgetränke sowie weitere Getränke. Die tatsächlichen Einsatzmöglichkeiten und Produktionsleistungen sind abhängig von Flaschenformat, Preformgewicht und den verwendeten Blasformen.
Zur Ausstattung gehören ein automatisches Preformzuführsystem sowie ein Chiller zur Kühlung der Maschine. Die Maschine wurde im Januar 2026 außer Betrieb genommen, anschließend demontiert und eingelagert.
Die Anlage wird in gebrauchtem Zustand angeboten. Blasformen und Hochdruckkompressor sind nicht im Lieferumfang enthalten
